The company was established in the year 2015, with a motive to venture in the field of engineering works. Mr. Madan Lal Choudhary, Founder of the company is a renowned business man. His business periphery starts from Garment manufacturing and trading, Hotel industry, Building Construction, Mining and many more.

The company first step towards the steel engineering industry was to venture into the Aerial Passenger Transportation in the year 2015. The company successfully installed a Passenger Ropeway in Samod.
